Fire and Safety
We executed a complete branding and website refresh for Astra. The project created a clear structure to showcase products and highlight course offerings. Problem
As Astra aimed to boost engagement with their safety courses and product offerings, they faced a key challenge: their website didn’t clearly convey the value of their workplace safety solutions or the benefits of their training programs. They needed a way to highlight their expertise, showcase courses and products effectively, and build trust with their audience.
The task was to uncover the current site’s pain points and create solutions that improved user experience, emphasized their commitment to safety, and encouraged greater participation and customer interaction.
Process & Timeline:
During the first four months, we focused on developing the creative direction and launching the new website, updating the brand identity, and modernizing the logo. Once the brand and visual identity were fully aligned, we moved on to email marketing campaigns and SEO strategies to drive engagement and growth.
Branding
I refreshed the logo by modernizing the font and updating the colors while maintaining the original brand identity. I selected a more suitable font and created a set of minimalist icons in line with a modern design approach.
With the goal of achieving a design that is reliable, professional, modern, authoritative, controlled, and trustworthy, I then developed the layout for social media.
UX/UI Design
We were provided with a new site architecture, different from the previous version. Our goal was to create a website that reflected the updated brand identity: clear, intuitive, and accessible on all devices. The site highlights key services—direct sales, classroom training, consulting, and maintenance—as well as the company’s history and course registration.
Challenges & Solutions:
The previous website did not clearly convey the value of Astra’s workplace safety solutions or training programs. Users struggled to understand benefits or engage with content. By analyzing pain points, we redesigned the experience to:
Emphasize expertise and trust
Showcase courses and products effectively
Encourage user interaction and course registration
The homepage now serves as an engaging and productive entry point, guiding users through a combination of videos, images, and clear information.

Results & Impact
Focusing on increasing brand credibility and driving course enrollment taught me the importance of tailoring content and layout with a clear, unique focus. By creating dynamic interactions buttons, videos, and more we transformed a standard homepage into a powerful engagement tool.
The client appreciated that users could immediately access the school area and understand the brand’s offerings from the first hero section. Since this was already a well-known brand, there was no need to over-explain it; instead, the focus was on helping users quickly grasp the available services.
Pain point
Working with heavy video files posed challenges in keeping the website fast. The project was interesting, and the site performs well, but it highlighted the need to optimize videos carefully. While engaging and interactive, videos can impact performance if not handled properly.
